No – NexStep works with your PCP and any other providers to offer a concierge layer of support and care. With in-home visits and an expanded team that includes nursing and coordinators both nursing and coordinators, we offer an additional level of concierge care to layer on top of your existing providers.

At NexStep, we make sure we are keeping everyone in the loop with transparent and proactive communications and collaboration.

We currently serve members in the following counties in New Jersey: Bergen, Essex, and Morris. Our focus at NexStep is bringing care into our members’ home and so our office is wherever we are serving our members.

 

At NexStep, we focus to ensure that our services support members in achieving their health goals. If you are interested in joining, you will receive a free consultation with our membership team and Medical Director to review your health goals to ensure we are able to assist you in achieving your health goals.

 

NexStep provides services that are typically not covered by insurance so members pay directly for their membership fee.

 

While NexStep does not accept insurance, we have partnered with medical practices to offer clinical services that are covered by your insurance. Like a typical doctor’s office, these practices bill you/your insurance and copays and deductibles may apply.

 

Yes. Nexstep recognizes the vital role that care partners play in the health and well-being of our members. Our services are designed to support and empower these individuals. By NexStep handling the complexities of healthcare coordination, logistics, and providing expert guidance, care partners can focus on what truly matters – providing emotional support and companionship.

 

Nexstep utilizes data and peer-physician recommendations to help our members identify the highest equality specialist. We have built strong partnerships and continuously avocate to ensure our memebers recieve timely access to the best care plans.

Licensure ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, upholding high standards of care and patient safety. It also guarantees accountability and external oversight to protect clients. Licensed agencies must meet rigorous training, certification, and care standards. They conduct background checks on staff, provide continuing education, and follow strict protocols that prioritize patient well-being.
